Day 1: Arequipa / City Tour + Santa Catalina

Discover the best of the city of Arequipa and the Colca Canyon on this 3-day, 2-night tour.

Be surprised by the majestic flight of the Andean condors, one of our emblematic birds that flies over the Peruvian sky, visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina and explore incredible trekking routes. The perfect combination between city and nature!

After reception at the airport or bus terminal, we transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, at 02:00 pm. Our guided tour begins to the main square, one of the most beautiful in Peru, the Cathedral, the Jesuit Church of the Company, its cloisters and dome, the Tristán del Pozo mansion and other places where various commercial activities were carried out such as the famous barter.

Then, we headed to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, a small citadel from the 17th century, which was an absolutely cloistered convent of nuns, which remained closed for centuries; after 400 years in 1970, it was opened to the public.

Here, we are transported four centuries into the past, where we can appreciate its streets, gardens, cloisters, rustic stone washhouses, ashlar walls and its art gallery. You'll love it!

We return to the hotel at approximately 05:00 pm. The day does not end, continue exploring this beautiful city.

Day 2: Arequipa / Colca Valley / Chivay

After breakfast, between 07:30 and 08:00 am, we head to the Colca Valley located in the Province of Caylloma at 3,600 meters high; We headed to the National Reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca, where we saw Vicuñas, alpacas, llamas, flamingos among others.

Then, we will stop at Patapampa, a Volcano Viewpoint at 4,800 meters high, from here we will be able to see the largest number of volcanoes and the Colca Valley.

Arriving at the town of Chivay, we settle into the hotel and then enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon we enjoyed and relaxed in the La Calera thermal baths. Capture this beautiful experience in photos and videos!

Day 3: Chivay / Cruz del Cóndor / Arequipa

This day, after breakfast, we visit the Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor, a place where we will see impressive views of the valley and the Canyon, from here we can appreciate the majestic flight of the Andean Condors. Did you know that they are one of the largest birds in the world and it weighs around 12 kg?

On the way back we visited the small towns of Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma, Yanque, as well as the Pre-Inca and Litomoquetas Hanging Tombs. Lunch in a restaurant in Chivay.
In the afternoon return to the city of Arequipa, and then transfer you to the bus station or airport.
