Arequipa Countryside Tour

Countryside Tour Arequipa includes a guided english speaking excursion to Carmen Alto and Yanahuara viewpoint, Sabandia mill and a typical restaurant called “picanteria”. The guided excursion also takes us to the traditional neighborhood of Yanahuara, where we visit its nice church built in colonial times and it traditional arches where part of Arequipa’s history was written, a similar scenary can be visited in Cayma, where we will see a traditional plaza with a church made in sillar. At the countryside we will also the Sabandia Mill, where it is possible to see over 50 types of cactus plants amid a peaceful atmosphere; then we will stop in Paucarpata andean terraces. Finally we will end the tour in a “picanteria” where we can taste traditional delicuous food.

This tour is available in the morning at 9AM and in the afternoon at 2PM. This is a half day tour which includes the visit to a “picanteria” (a traditional and typical restaurant in Arequipa) where you can taste the delicious local food.
