Day 1: Arequipa → Colca Valley (Andes Landscapes & Culture)
Your Colca Canyon 2-day tour begins with an early pickup from your hotel in Arequipa, heading into the breathtaking landscapes of the Andes. As you leave the city behind, you’ll travel through highland plains surrounded by volcanoes.
You will stop at Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve to observe wild vicuñas, and later reach Patapampa (4,800 m), the highest point of the route, offering spectacular views of the Andes mountains.
After descending into the Colca Valley, you will arrive in Chivay, Yanque, or Coporaque.

Day 2: Colca Canyon → Condor Cross → Return to Arequipa
Breakfast - the day begins early with a visit to the famous Cruz del Condor viewpoint, one of the most iconic locations in the Colca Canyon. Here, you will have the opportunity to observe Andean condors flying above the canyon.
The journey continues with visits to traditional villages such as Yanque and Maca, where you can experience local culture and architecture. Along the way, you will stop at natural viewpoints like Antahuilque and Wayrapunko, offering impressive panoramic views of the canyon.

From Chivay:
We will pick you up from the hotel in Chivay at 1PM for having lunch with the tour group and do hiking in the afternoon (optional). Then we will visit "La Calera" hot springs and dinner with the folk show.
From Puno:
Pick up from the hotel in Puno from 6 to 6:20AM and departure to Chivay town.
Along the way we will stop in Lagunillas for taking pictures of the birds and in the National reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca for watching vicuñas and alpacas. Before arriving to Chivay we will stop in Patapampa pass located at 4910 MASL from where we will watch the mountain range.
Arrive to Chivay and transfer to the hotel in Chivay. In the afternoon you will have lunch with the tour group and visit the hot springs.
