Sayhuite Archaeological Complex
Located in the community of Concacha understanding of the District of Curahuasi, at 3,500 meters above sea level, at 47 km. of the Abancay-Cusco highway, possibly it was a center ceremonial linked to agriculture and livestock.
The Sayhuite monolith is a sedimentary stone carved into high and low relief of 2.28 meters. Tall; with 11.14 meters. of circumference greater, and 8.14 meters. of circumference minor.
On the platform you can see zoomorphic and geometric representations; animals, irrigation, platforms, lagoons, stairways, etc.
At 300 meters there are also small monoliths such as the Rumihuasi or stone house with stairways, geometric lines and channels. Finally, the Intihuatana or “Solar Clock” that was possibly an Inca observatory to see the astronomical movements.
Sondor Archaeolocical Complex
Sondor appears named by the chroniclers as an Inca site, but the first results of the work of restoration, conservation and investigation affirm that in the place mix apparent evidence of Chanka and Inca cultures.

Carcel de Piedra (Ccacca Carcel)
